Crisp Integration: uninstalled/installed crisp segments added in the crisp chat whenever the user uninstall/install the app

1. Updated custom data, including Crisp segments, with a key labeled "status" and values set to either "installed" or "uninstalled"

2. Additionally, we are triggering the Crisp update every 5 seconds until the Crisp data is successfully updated. This approach helps resolve the issue of shop's name as a URL.

1. Developed a new API to request reviews directly via Crisp chat using Postman.

2. The text message should support hyperlinks and emojis.

3. The API should accept an array of shop names in the request.

4. Body along with the required parameters.

5. When the API is triggered, the shop owner should also receive an email notification.
